Privacy policy

ChatterAPI is operated by AmplifyX Tech (OPC) Pvt Ltd, and you can reach us at piyushh@amplifyxlabs.com. This page covers what we collect when you use the website, the API and the MCP server, and what we do with it.

• Account details: your email address, your name if your sign-in provider shares it, and which provider you signed in with.
• Billing: Dodo Payments handles payments as the merchant of record. We never see your full card number.
• Usage records for each call: the tool, the time, the credits charged, the status, how long it took, which data provider served it and the request id.
• Request content: the queries, handles and URLs you send.
• Connected X accounts, once that feature ships: the account session, which we store encrypted and use only for the calls you make.
• Free tools: a hashed IP address and the tool used, so we can apply daily limits.

• Supabase authentication cookies. These are essential, and they're set only after you sign in.
• Cloudflare Turnstile on free tool pages, to prevent abuse. It may set a cookie if it shows you a challenge.
• Microsoft Clarity on marketing and docs pages, running in cookieless mode. It records how pages are used without setting tracking cookies.
• Your browser's local storage keeps your preferred code language and your 18+ confirmation on free tool pages. This stays in your browser.

We use your data to provide the service, bill you, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell it, and we do not use your queries to train models.

• Vercel hosts the site and the API.
• Supabase is our database and sign-in provider.
• Dodo Payments takes payments.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs on free tool pages.
• Microsoft Clarity runs on marketing pages.
• Our upstream data providers receive the query only, never your identity.

• Usage records: 13 months.
• Free tool run records: 30 days.
• Cached responses: minutes to hours.
• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Billing records: held by Dodo Payments for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. To delete your account, use your settings, or email piyushh@amplifyxlabs.com from your account address and we'll do it for you.

Your data is stored in India (Supabase, Mumbai region) and processed by providers based in the United States.

ChatterAPI is not for anyone under 18. The 18+ tools won't work until you explicitly confirm your age.

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. We also note significant changes in the changelog.
