Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and AmplifyX Tech (OPC) Pvt Ltd, which runs ChatterAPI. You accept them when you create an account or call the API.

• One account per person or company.
• Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for every call made with your keys.

Data comes from third-party platforms, so whether it's available and complete depends on them. We may change or remove tools, and we announce those changes in the changelog.

• Credits come with monthly plans. Active subscribers can buy top-ups.
• The pricing page lists the credit cost of each tool. Failed calls cost 0.
• Monthly credits reset at each renewal. Top-up credits stay on your account while you are subscribed.
• Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and handles payments and taxes.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.

You agree to the acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.

You own your queries. The data we return is public data from third-party platforms, and you must use it lawfully.

You are responsible for following the law and, where they apply to you, Reddit's and X's terms. ChatterAPI is not affiliated with Reddit, Inc. or X Corp.

Once account connections ship, you authorize each action taken from an account you connect. Actions stay within safe daily limits, and we may pause them to protect the account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy. You can delete your account from your settings at any time.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us. Counsel has yet to confirm the exact cap.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The venue for disputes is to be confirmed by counsel.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. We also note significant changes in the changelog.
