Refund policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If you were charged for a renewal or a top-up and haven't used any of those credits, email piyushh@amplifyxlabs.com within 14 days and we'll refund that charge in full. We don't refund partly used periods or top-ups.

Failed calls never use up credits, so there's nothing to refund.

If a provider outage left the service unusable for you, email piyushh@amplifyxlabs.com and we will credit or refund you fairly.

Dodo Payments processes refunds and returns the money to your original payment method.
